从隐喻的角度解析《天使与恶魔》的宗教符号

【摘要】：现代语言学思想有两个来源,一个是瑞士语言学家索绪尔,另一个是美国逻辑学家皮尔斯。作为一门独立的学科,符号学的研究始于20世纪60年代的法国,之后迅速兴盛于美国和前苏联等国家。如今符号学的研究已经形成一种国际性的热潮。它不仅以强劲的势头向各个学科进行渗透,而且已经成为跨学科、跨领域的方法论之一。符号作为人类的语言之一,它的产生与人类的隐喻思想息息相关。 Lakoff在《我们赖以生存的隐喻》一书中提出,隐喻是人类认知世界的工具。人类的一切实践行为、精神行为、文化行为都是在特定心智、思维的支配下产生和实现的。人类正是凭借隐喻这种心理机制,创造了语言、神话、宗教、艺术乃至科学五大文化形态。从这个意义上说,借助隐喻的认知功能研究符号是相当有必要的。丹布朗的小说《天使与恶魔》从一个不为多数人所知的符号—对称字—引入,涉及了大量的宗教符号,这为分析宗教符号的隐喻意义提供了很好的素材。根据皮尔斯的符号分类法：第一类分类法将符号分成性态符号、型例符号、原型符号。第二类则分为图像、标志、象征符号。第三类分类法将符号分为修辞素、分送、中项。其中第二类是按符号和其对象的关系建立的。本论文在第二类分类法的基础上,将《天使与恶魔》中的象征符号分为四类,分别是视觉符号、信号符号、行为符号和语言符号,并从隐喻的角度分析这些符号的象征意义。本论文分为五个章节。第一章是引言,简单介绍本论文研究的方向,意义和目的。第三章是文献综述,详细列举了国内外学者对符号学的研究作品和理论。第三章是本文的理论框架,详细的介绍了现代符号学的来源、形成过程和意义；隐喻的本质以及同象征的关系。第四章则是对小说《天使与恶魔》中的宗教符号进行一个分类和详细的隐喻角度的分析。第五章是结论,对本论文的研究的意义、创新和局限性做出总结。
[Abstract]:There are two sources of modern linguistic thought: Saussure, a Swiss linguist, and Pierce, an American logician. As an independent subject, the study of semiotics began in France in the 1960's and flourished rapidly in countries such as the United States and the former Soviet Union. Nowadays, the study of semiotics has become an international craze. It not only penetrates into various disciplines with strong momentum, but also has become one of the interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary methodologies. As one of the languages of human beings, symbol is closely related to human metaphorical thought. In metaphor for our existence, Lakoff argues that metaphor is a tool for human cognition of the world. All practical, spiritual and cultural behaviors of human beings are produced and realized under the control of specific mind and thought. Human beings create five cultural forms of language, mythology, religion, art and even science by means of the psychological mechanism of metaphor. In this sense, it is necessary to study symbols with the help of metaphorical cognitive functions. Dan Brown's novel Angels and Demons is introduced from a symbol that is not known to most people, symmetrical word, which involves a lot of religious symbols, which provides a good material for analyzing the metaphorical meaning of religious symbols. According to Pierce's symbolic classification: the first classification classifies symbols into sexual symbols, type symbols, and archetypal symbols. The second category is divided into images, symbols, symbols. The third classification classifies symbols into rhetorical elements, distribution, and intermediate items. The second category is based on the relationship between symbols and their objects. On the basis of the second classification, the symbolic symbols in Angels and Demons are divided into four categories: visual symbols, signal symbols, behavioral symbols and linguistic symbols. The symbolic meanings of these symbols are analyzed from the perspective of metaphor. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduces the research direction, significance and purpose of this paper. The third chapter is a literature review, enumerating the research works and theories of semiotics at home and abroad. Chapter three is the theoretical framework of this paper, which introduces in detail the origin, formation process and meaning of modern semiotics, the nature of metaphor and its relationship with symbolism. The fourth chapter analyzes the religious symbols in Angels and Demons from a detailed metaphorical point of view. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the significance, innovation and limitation of this paper.
