腹针疗法对膝骨性关节炎实验动物模型血清TNF-α及IL-1水平的影响

【摘要】：目的:通过随机对照实验,观察腹针疗法对膝骨性关节炎动物模型血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平的影响。方法:采用Hulth造模法,建立膝骨性关节炎家兔模型,随机分为2组。腹针组予以腹针治疗,对照组予以自由喂养,分别于造模前后,及治疗后在兔耳缘静脉抽取静脉全血,以ELISA定量法测出TNF-α及IL-1的含量,观察其变化情况。结果:造模成功后,血清TNF-α及IL-1含量均升高,与造模前比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗前后血清TNF-α及IL-1含量比较,腹针组治疗后低于治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后高于治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:腹针疗法可以降低膝骨性关节炎模型动物血清TNF-α及IL-1水平,从而保护关节软骨,改善骨性关节炎的症状,这可能是腹针治疗膝骨性关节炎的作用机理或靶点之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effects of abdominal acupuncture on serum tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels in knee osteoarthritis (OA) rats. Methods: the rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis was established by Hulth method. The abdominal acupuncture group was treated with abdominal acupuncture, the control group was fed freely, and the whole vein blood was extracted from the rabbit auricular vein before and after the model making and after treatment. The contents of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 were measured by Elisa quantitative method, and the changes of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 were observed. Results: the levels of serum TNF- 伪 and IL-1 increased significantly after the successful modeling (P0.05), the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 before and after treatment in abdominal acupuncture group were lower than those before and after treatment, and the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 in abdominal acupuncture group were lower than those before and after treatment (P0.05). The difference was significant (P0.05), the control group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: abdominal acupuncture therapy can reduce the levels of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 in the serum of knee osteoarthritis model animals, so as to protect articular cartilage and improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis, which may be one of the mechanisms or targets of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
