一种改进的痛风性关节炎大鼠模型制备方法
[Abstract]:Objective to explore an improved method for the preparation of gouty arthritis rat model. Methods 60 male SD rats were divided into two experiments on average. In experiment 1, 30 rats were randomly divided into traditional modeling group and improved model making group with 15 rats in each group. The traditional model group was injected with normal saline 50 渭 L at the anterior side of the right ankle joint, and the modified model group was inserted into the articular cavity at the posterior side of the right ankle joint at the direction of 30 掳(40 掳) along the medial side of the Achilles tendon and injected with normal saline (50 渭 L). The gait score and histomorphology of joints were examined in 5 rats in each group at 0 h and 12 h and 24 h after articular injection. In experiment 2, 30 rats were randomly divided into 150 渭 L group (100 渭 L) and 50 渭 L group (10 rats in each group). Results the volume of posterior articular cavity of the ankle joint in rats was larger, and the gait score of the modified model group was lower than that of the traditional model group at 12 h and 24 h, and the gait score of the modified model group was lower than that of the traditional model group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the improved modeling method could avoid the injury of articular cartilage and prevent the traumatic arthritis changes caused by puncture method. A dose of no more than 100 渭 L allows the drug to remain in the articular cavity without overflowing. Conclusion the modified gouty arthritis rat model has less damage to the ankle joint than the traditional method, and it is helpful to reduce the interference of the traditional method to the stability of the model.
