肝细胞生长因子在正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中的表达

【摘要】:目的:增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩是两种常见的病理性瘢痕,目前鉴别方法多种多样,误诊率较高。我们用免疫组化的方法检测肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在正常皮肤组织和两种病理性瘢痕组织中的表达,初步探讨两种病理性瘢痕的鉴别以及HGF与两种病理性瘢痕形成的关系。 材料和方法:标本采自我科门诊或手术住院病人的手术切下的组织,以临床结合病理切片进行综合分类其中增生性瘢痕(HS)15例,瘢痕疙瘩(K)15例,正常皮肤标本10例,阳性对照肝细胞癌4例。用免疫组化测定:肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩中的表达及分布情况。采用盲法观察阳性表达。按染色强度分为4级,便于讨论。统计学处理:应用SPSS统计软件包进行统计分析。 结果:肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在正常皮肤中以强阳性表达为主,增生性瘢痕中以阳性表达为主,在瘢痕疙瘩中以可疑阳性表达为主。正常皮肤组,增生性瘢痕组和瘢痕疙瘩组中HGF的阳性表达率和表达强度组间均有显著性差异(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: hypertrophic scar and keloid are two common pathological scars. We detected the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in normal skin tissue and two kinds of pathological scar tissues by immunohistochemical method, and preliminarily discussed the relationship between HGF and the formation of two kinds of pathological scar. There were 4 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma in positive control group. The expression and distribution of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid were determined by immunohistochemistry. The positive expression was observed by blind method. Statistical processing: SPSS statistical software package was used for statistical analysis. The positive expression rate and intensity of HGF in normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid groups were significantly different (P0.05).
