【摘要】:Myc首先是由Bishop于1978年在逆转录病毒MC29中发现的。随后,,在人和动物的多种肿瘤组织中发现了Myc的高表达。相对于在正常组织中的不表达或低表达,Myc在大部分肿瘤组织呈高表达状态。Myc调控着细胞的增殖与分化过程,它的高表达可以导致细胞的异常增殖和细胞周期的失控。同时,c-Myc或N-Myc敲除小鼠的胚胎致死性说明Myc对胚胎发育是至关重要的。Myc家族包括c-Myc,N-myc,B-Myc和L-Myc等多个成员,但是只有c-Myc,L-Myc和N-Myc具有促细胞增殖作用。 NDRG1(N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1)作为NDRG家族最先报道的成员,在N-myc敲除的小鼠胚胎中表达异常增加,所以被命名为N-myc下游调节基因1。但是,Myc调控NDRG1
[Abstract]:Myc was first discovered by Bishop in 1978 in retrovirus MC29. Subsequently, high expression of Myc was found in a variety of human and animal tumor tissues. Compared with normal tissues, Myc is highly expressed in most tumor tissues. Myc regulates the process of cell proliferation and differentiation, and its high expression can lead to abnormal proliferation of cells and out of control of cell cycle. At the same time, c-Myc or N-Myc knockout mouse embryogenicity suggests that Myc is essential for embryonic development. The Myc family consists of several members, such as c-Myc N-myc B-Myc and L-Myc, but only c-Myc. L-Myc and N-Myc can promote cell proliferation. NDRG1 (N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1), as the first member of the NDRG family, was named N-myc downstream regulatory gene 1 for its abnormal increased expression in mouse embryos knockout by N-myc.
