【摘要】：目的了解聊城市青年学生有关艾滋病(AIDS)的知识、态度及行为等状况,为在该人群中开展艾滋病健康宣传及咨询检测提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,根据知情同意的原则,随机抽取辖区内2583名青年学生,进行自填式问卷调查,并采集静脉血进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体血清学检测。结果有效问卷2459份,艾滋病知识知晓率为71.70%(1763人)。5.49%的学生(135人)有过性行为经历,其中第一次发生性行为是商业性伴和临时性伴的占20.74%(28人),34.81%(47人)有固定性伴;最近一次使用安全套的比例为30.53%(29/95)。2459人中,84.51%(2078人)对HIV感染者及病人持同情/帮助态度,59.74%的人(1469人)愿意与HIV感染者/AIDS病人交往。结论青年学生中存在婚前性行为和少数的商业性行为,对艾滋病防治知识掌握不全面,安全套使用率低。大多数青年学生对HIV感染者和病人持同情帮助态度,但仍存在一定程度的恐惧和歧视心理。建议采取综合干预措施,提高青年学生安全性行为意识,杜绝不安全性性行为发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of young students in Liaocheng. Methods the method of multi-stage cluster sampling was used to select 2583 young students randomly according to the principle of informed consent. A self-filling questionnaire was conducted and venous blood samples were collected for serological examination of HIV / AIDS antibody. Results 2459 valid questionnaires were obtained. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 71.70% and 1763 students (5.49%) had sexual experience. Among them, the first sexual partners were commercial partners and temporary partners, accounting for 20.7474 / 28 (34.81 / 47) with fixed sexual partners; The most recent condom use rate was 30.53 / 95,2459 (84.51 / 2078).) there was a sympathetic / helpful attitude towards HIV infected persons and patients. 59.74% of them were willing to associate with HIV / AIDS patients. Conclusion there are premarital sex and a few commercial sex among young students. AIDS prevention knowledge is not comprehensive, condom use rate is low. Most young students have a sympathetic attitude towards HIV infection and patients. However, there is still a certain degree of fear and discrimination. It is suggested that comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to improve the awareness of safe sex among young students and to put an end to unsafe sex.
