【摘要】:目的分析2006-2015年南京市人体肠道线虫感染流行趋势,为制定和调整肠道线虫病的防控策略提供依据。方法收集2006-2015年南京市人群肠道线虫感染监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2006-2015年南京市累计粪检98 804人次,检出肠道线虫感染阳性者465人次,2006年感染率最高(1.97%),2013年和2015年的感染率最低(均为0.05%),人群肠道线虫感染率呈逐年递减趋势(χ2=552.19,P0.001)。蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫感染人数分别为329例、98例、25例,感染率分别为0.33%、0.10%、0.03%,其中轻度感染443例(占98.66%)。人群肠道线虫单虫感染共462例(占99.35%),二虫感染3例(占0.65%)。为调查蛲虫感染状况,累计检查12周岁以下儿童92 539人次,蛲虫感染者352人次,感染率呈逐年递减趋势(χ2=147.94,P0.001)。结论 2006-2015年南京市人群肠道线虫感染的防治效果显著,但仍需继续加强重点人群的健康教育和卫生宣传,注重监测工作,适时调整防控方案,以进一步巩固肠道线虫病的防治成效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic trend of intestinal nematode infection in Nanjing from 2006 to 2015. Methods the surveillance data of intestinal nematode infection in Nanjing from 2006 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. From 2006 to 2015, the total number of fecal examinations in Nanjing was 98,804. There were 465 positive cases of intestinal nematode infection. In 2006, the infection rate was the highest (1.97%), and the infection rate in 2013 and 2015 was the lowest (0.05%). The infection rate of intestinal nematode decreased year by year (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (2) 52.19) (P 0.001). The number of infection of Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris were respectively 329 cases (98 cases) and 25 cases (25 cases). The infection rates were 0.33 and 0.10 and 0.03 respectively, of which 443 cases were slightly infected (98.66%). There were 462 cases (99.35%) of intestinal nematode infection in the population. In order to investigate the infection of Enterobius vermicularis in 3 cases (0.65%), 92 539 children under 12 years of age were examined and 352 cases were infected with Enterobius vermicularis. The infection rate was decreasing year by year (蠂 2 / 147.94 P 0.001). Conclusion the control effect of intestinal nematode infection in Nanjing from 2006 to 2015 is remarkable. But it is still necessary to strengthen the health education and health propaganda of the key population, pay attention to the monitoring work, adjust the prevention and control program in time, in order to further consolidate the control effect of intestinal nematode disease.
