恩再适治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果分析

【摘要】：目的分析带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床特点,分析恩再适治疗效果。方法选取带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者30例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各15例,对照组给予患者服用阿米替林,观察组给予患者静脉滴注注射恩再适注射液+5%葡萄糖注射液,疗程结束后评估2组患者的治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗期间2组均有2例出现胃部不适,不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义;此外,对照组患者治疗有效率为26.67%(4/15),好转率为40.00%(6/15),观察组患者治疗有效率73.3%(11/15),好转率为93.33%(14/15),观察组患者治疗有效率与好转率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论带状疱疹后遗神经痛在老年人中较为常见,恩再适治疗方法有效率较高,治疗效果显著,可以有效缓解患者痛苦,具有经济安全的特点,值得进一步加强临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical characteristics of postherpetic neuralgia and to analyze the therapeutic effect of En-resuscitation. Methods Thirty patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 15) and observation group (n = 15). The patients in the control group were given amitriptyline, and the patients in the observation group were given intravenous injection of Enzanzol injection 5% glucose injection. Results there were 2 cases of gastric discomfort in both groups during the period of treatment, and there was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups. In addition, the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 26.67 / 15, and the improvement rate was 40.005 / 15. The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 73.3% / 15). The improvement rate was 93.33 / 14 / 15. The effective rate and the improvement rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion the postherpetic neuralgia is more common in the elderly, the effective rate of resuscitation therapy is higher, the therapeutic effect is significant, can effectively alleviate the pain of patients. With the characteristics of economic safety, it is worth further strengthening the clinical promotion.
