Th17细胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达量检测对慢性乙型肝炎患者病情评估的价值

【摘要】：目的分析外周血中辅助性T细胞17(Th17)表面CC趋化因子受体4(CCR4)、CC趋化因子受体6(CCR6)、CXC亚族趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)表达量检测对慢性乙型肝炎患者病情评估的价值。方法选取2013年8月-2015年12月在该院接受治疗的乙型肝炎患者118例作为观察组,同期在该院接受健康体检的肝功能正常人群142例作为对照组,对比两组外周血Th17细胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达水平,血清纤维化指标及肝功能指标,并进一步分析CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达量与慢性乙肝患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果慢性乙肝患者的外周血Th17细胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达水平,透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳc)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)值,丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆红素(TBIL)值均高于对照组,球蛋白(Glo)值低于对照组,随着慢性乙肝病情加重,外周血Th17细胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达水平,HA、LN、Ⅳc、PCⅢ值,ALT、Alb、TBIL值进一步上升,Glo值下降。CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3表达量与慢性乙肝患者的外周血HA、LN、Ⅳc、PCⅢ、ALT、Alb、TBIL呈正相关,与Glo呈负相关(P0.05)。结论慢性乙肝患者存在外周血Th17细胞表面CCR4、CCR6、CXCR3异常表达,其与患者病情严重程度直接相关,可以作为乙肝治疗的新靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze CC chemokine receptor (CCR4) and CC chemokine receptor (CCR6) on the surface of peripheral blood helper T cell 17 (Th17). CXC subfamily chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3).
