高水平IFN-γ可能是布鲁杆菌病慢性化的特征之一

【摘要】:目的比较急、慢性布鲁氏菌病患者外周血细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4、TGF-β1、IL-10和IFN-γ/IL-4水平,寻找布病慢性化细胞因子标志物。方法随机抽取乌兰察布市地方病防治中心急、慢性布鲁杆菌病患者各42名作为研究对象,当地健康人群20名作为对照组。采用单因素方差分析对比急性布病患者、慢性布病患者和健康人群IFN-γ、IL-4、TGF-β1、IL-10和IFN-γ/IL-4水平。急性布病患者和慢性布病患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4、TGF-β1、IL-10和IFN-γ/IL-4水平比较采用t检验。结果急、慢性布病患者和健康对照组血清IFN-γ、IL-4、TGF-β1、IFN-γ/IL-4指标比较有统计学意义(F=6.86、11.90、12.25、4.60,P0.01);三组指标IL-10比较无统计学意义(F=2.72,P0.05)。急性布病患者和慢性布病患者血清TGF-β1和IL-10水平比较无统计学意义(t=-1.90,-1.81,P0.05);急性布病患者和慢性布病患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4和IFN-γ/IL-4比较,有统计学意义(t=-1.99、82、-3.3,P0.05)。结论联合TGF-β1和IL-10水平变化,高水平IFN-γ可能是布鲁氏菌病慢性化的生物化学标志物之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the levels of IL-10 and IFN- 纬 -IL-4 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic brucellosis. Methods 42 patients with chronic brucellosis and 42 patients with chronic brucellosis were selected randomly. Twenty local healthy people were used as control group. Univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare IFN- 纬 IL-4TGF- 尾 1 among patients with acute brucellosis, chronic brucellosis and healthy population. The levels of IL-10 and IFN- 纬 -IL-4 in patients with acute brucellosis and patients with chronic brucellosis were compared. The serum levels of IL-4 and TGF- 尾 1 in patients with acute brucellosis and chronic brucellosis were observed. The levels of IL-10 and IFN- 纬 / IL-4 were compared by t test. Results the serum levels of IFN- 纬 -IL-4 and TGF- 尾 1 in patients with chronic brucellosis and healthy controls were acute. The comparison of IFN- 纬 -IL-4 index was statistically significant (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in IL-10 among the three groups. The serum levels of TGF- 尾 1 and IL-10 in patients with acute brucellosis and chronic brucellosis were not significantly higher than those in patients with acute brucellosis and chronic brucellosis. The serum levels of IFN- 纬 IL-4 and IFN- 纬 -IL-4 in patients with acute brucellosis and chronic brucellosis were significantly higher than those in patients with acute brucellosis and chronic brucellosis. Conclusion combined with the changes of TGF- 尾 1 and IL-10 levels, the high level of IFN- 纬 may be one of the biochemical markers of chronic brucellosis.
