HAART联合康爱保生丸对HIV-1病毒载量被有效抑制后的126例艾滋病患者的T淋巴细胞影响的临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察HAART联合康爱保生丸治疗对艾滋病患者T淋巴细胞数量的影响。方法对126名HIV-1病毒载量被有效抑制(HIV-1 RNA100拷贝/ml)的艾滋病患者随机双盲分组,分别给予HAART联合康爱保生丸和HAART+安慰剂,考察12个月T细胞亚群数量的变化;以入组时CD_4~+T细胞基线分层考察两种治疗方法对CD_4~+T细胞的干预作用。结果各时间点两组的T细胞亚群的绝对计数的差异无显著性意义(P0.05);12月时HAART联合康爱保生丸能显著提高CD_4~+T细胞基线200个/μl的艾滋病患者的CD_4~+T绝对数量(P=0.015)。结论 HAART联合康爱保生丸可能将持续提高HIV-1病毒载量被有效抑制但CD_4~+T增长缓慢的艾滋病患者的CD_4~+T细胞数量,其作用机制有待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of HAART combined with Kangaibaosheng pills on the number of T lymphocytes in patients with AIDS. HIV-1 RNA100 copy / ml) of AIDS patients were randomized into double-blind groups. HAART combined with Kangaibaosheng pills and HAART placebo were given to investigate the changes of T cell subsets at 12 months. The intervention effect of two treatment methods on CD4T cells was investigated by the baseline stratification of CD4 ~ T cells. Results there was no significant difference in absolute counts of T cell subsets between the two groups at different time points (P < 0.05). P0.05; In December, HAART combined with Kangaibaosheng pill could significantly increase the absolute number of CD4T in AIDS patients with CD4 ~ T cell baseline 200 / 渭 l and P0. 015). Conclusion HAART combined with Kangaibaosheng pills may continuously increase the number of CD4 ~ T cells in AIDS patients whose HIV-1 viral load is effectively suppressed but CD4 ~ T growth is slow. The mechanism of its action needs further study.
