【摘要】：正为了将有效的理论依据提供给基因工程重组HPV L1蛋白疫苗的应用,本研究对桂西地区尖锐湿疣患者HPV DNA分型及HPV L1基因多态性进行了研究。1材料与方法1.1标本和试剂选本院皮肤科2014年7月至2016年7月收治的31例尖锐湿疣患者,所有患者均经病理诊断结合临床症状确诊为尖锐湿疣。在无菌条件下采集组织标本,切取病变组织,保存在-80℃备用。购买
