高危HPV亚型对尖锐湿疣患者HPV持续感染的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨HR-HPV对尖锐湿疣患者HPV持续感染的影响。方法对92例尖锐湿疣患者进行HPV分型和DNA定量检测,治疗后随访15个月。结果存在高危型HPV感染的患者与非高危型HPV感染的患者的持续性感染发生率分别为36.36%和12.73%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。HPV病毒载量为10~3~10~5,10~5~10~7,10~7copies/mL的患者,持续感染率分别为22.22%,21.43%和26.32%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论存在高危型HPV感染的尖锐湿疣患者发生持续性感染的可能性相对较大,病程较长。而病毒载量与总病程相关性不大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of HR-HPV on HPV persistent infection in patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 92 patients with condyloma acuminatum were classified by HPV and detected quantitatively by DNA. Results the incidence of persistent infection in patients with high risk HPV infection was 36.36% and 12.73, respectively. The difference was statistically significant in the patients with 10 ~ (3) ~ (3) ~ 10 ~ (10) HPV virus load, 10 ~ 10 ~ 5 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 1 / 10 ~ 10 ~ 7 / mL HPV / mL, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of persistent infection (P < 0.05), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The rate of persistent infection was 22.22% 21.43% and 26.32%, respectively. There was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Conclusion the patients with condyloma acuminatum with high risk HPV infection are more likely to develop persistent infection, and the course of disease is longer, but the viral load is not related to the total course of condyloma acuminatum.
