南昌市家禽养殖环境及人群H5N1禽流感监测分析

【摘要】:目的了解南昌市家庭内禽类养殖人员及养殖环境H5N1禽流感病毒感染状况。方法应用one-step RT PCR监测环境标本中H5N1禽流感病毒,应用单扩溶血试验和马血球血凝抑制试验监测人血清样品中H5N1禽流感病毒抗体。应用描述性分析方法对数据进行分析。结果 2009-2013年共采集640份环境标本,阳性率1.4%。仅2009年在禽类污染的污水中检出9份H5N1禽流感病毒阳性样本,其他年份环境标本中无阳性样本检出;共检出血清H5N1禽流感抗体阳性标本共5份,占监测人群的1%,家禽散养户2例,家禽规模养殖场2例,家禽屠宰加工厂1例,分别占相关人群的0.80%、0.69%和1.72%。其中2009年4份,2011年1份。结论禽类职业暴露人群中存在H5N1禽流感病毒的隐性感染者,提示禽类职业人群在工作中应加强个人防护工作,同时应限制家庭内禽类散养。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of H5N1 avian influenza virus among poultry farmers and culture environment in Nanchang city. Methods one-step RT PCR was used to monitor H5N1 avian influenza virus in environmental samples. The antibody to H5N1 avian influenza virus in human serum samples was monitored by hemolysis test and hemagglutination inhibition test. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results A total of 640 environmental samples were collected from 2009-2013. In 2009 alone, 9 positive samples of H5N1 avian influenza virus were detected in poultry contaminated sewage, and no positive samples were detected in environmental samples of other years. A total of 5 positive specimens of serum H5N1 avian influenza antibodies were detected. It accounted for 1 case of the monitored population, 2 cases of scattered poultry households, 2 cases of poultry scale farms, 1 case of poultry slaughtering and processing plants, 1 case of poultry slaughtering and processing factories, 2 cases of poultry farms, 0.800.69% and 1.72.Of them, 4 in 2009 and 1 in 2011. Conclusion there is a recessive infection of H5N1 avian influenza virus in poultry occupational exposed population, which suggests that the individual protection should be strengthened in the work of poultry occupational population. At the same time, the family should be restricted in the spread of poultry.
