阴道镜对宫颈尖锐湿疣和宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的临床诊断价值分析

【摘要】：目的:分析在临床宫颈疾病患者的诊断中,阴道镜对于宫颈尖锐湿疣、上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌患者的具体诊断价值。方法:择取我院于2015年6月至2016年8月收治的84例宫颈病变患者为对象,所有患者入院后均接受阴道镜检查与病理检查,对两种方法的疾病检出率进行比对分析。结果:阴道镜检查结果与病理检查结果极为相近,两种诊断方法的具体数据接受比对之后未见差异(P0.05)。结论:在宫颈病变患者的临床诊断中,阴道镜的诊断效果较好,值得在临床中全面推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical diagnosis of cervical condyloma acuminatum by colposcopy. Methods: 84 patients with cervical lesions treated in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected as subjects. All patients underwent colposcopy and pathological examination after admission. Results: the results of colposcopy and pathological examination were very close. Conclusion: in the clinical diagnosis of cervical lesions, colposcopy has a better diagnostic effect, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
