[Abstract]:Objective to prevent the transmission of HIV through blood transfusion and to raise the level of blood safety in Zhejiang Province. Methods the HIV project of blocking blood transfusion transmission was carried out in 2011. Systemic and comprehensive measures were adopted for different stages of blood transfusion from blood vessels to blood vessels, including early active withdrawal and confidentiality rejection. In the middle stage, sieve nucleic acid detection and methylene blue plasma virus inactivation were popularized, and autologous blood transfusion was carried out in the later stage. As a result, in the four years since the project began,Among the blood donors in the province, the rapid rising trend of HIV infection was significantly curbed. The nucleic acid screening coverage reached 51.2% from 2011 to 2014. The number of blood stations carrying out plasma virus inactivation work was significantly increased by 7575% 9 / 12). Autologous blood transfusion accounted for the clinical use at blood stations.Blood 5, the whole province blood security can be guaranteed. Conclusion there are no cases of blood transfusion infection with HIV in the whole province since the interruption of transfusion-transmitted HIV was carried out, and the blood safety level was improved obviously.Project results require sustained maintenance, promotion and innovation.
