【摘要】:2003年在荷兰禽流感爆发期间,感染的89个人中,88例患有结膜炎,1例因肺炎死亡。本研究综述比较在致死性病例(FC)病毒与结膜炎病例(CC)病毒间的生物学差异,以探究病毒的病原性与发病机制。显著的差异在于FC病毒主要结合于下呼吸道的终末端,包括肺泡。攻击1型、2型肺细胞与肺泡巨噬细胞。用FC病毒接种小鼠,其肺病毒滴度比CC病毒高1 000倍,且播散到脾、肝、肾及脑。FC病毒的血凝素(HA)基因是病毒全身性播散的决定基,FC病毒在碱性多聚酶2(PB2)上627位的赖氨酸(E627K)是毒力的主要决定基。
[Abstract]:During the avian flu outbreak in the Netherlands in 2003, 88 of the 89 people infected had conjunctivitis and 1 died of pneumonia. In order to explore the pathogenicity and pathogenesis of conjunctivitis, we compared the biological differences between FCV and CCV in order to explore the pathogenicity and pathogenesis of the virus. The significant difference is that the FC virus mainly binds to the end of the lower respiratory tract, including the alveoli. Attack type 1 and type 2 lung cells and alveolar macrophages. The lung virus titer of mice inoculated with FC virus was 1 000 times higher than that of CC virus and spread to spleen and liver. The hemagglutinin (HA) gene of kidney and brain. FC virus is the main determinant of virulence.
