贝氏柯克斯体的分子致病机理研究进展

【摘要】:贝氏柯克斯体(Coxiella burnetii,简写为Cb)是一类重要的人兽共患细胞内寄生菌,在家畜中广泛感染,感染人可导致不明发热—俗称Q热,或伴有肺炎、心内膜炎、肝炎、脊髓炎等。在我国Q热是一类被忽视的烈性传染病,误诊漏诊众多。需要警惕的是该病有突发爆发的可能。以荷兰为例,自2007至2010年,超过4 000荷兰人感染了Q热。近年来国外的Q热研究进展很快,特别是新出现的Cb无细胞培养和遗传学操作方法促进了Cb的致病机理研究,为研制新型实用的Q热防治策略提供了机遇。本文简要综述了Cb与宿主细胞间的相互作用机制,主要是脂多糖的免疫调节功能、囊泡发育机制及四型分泌系统的可能作用机理。
[Abstract]:Coxiella burnetii (CB) is a kind of important zoonotic intracellular parasitic bacteria, which is widely infected in domestic animals and can cause unknown fever, commonly known as Q fever, or accompanied by pneumonia, endocarditis, hepatitis, myelitis and so on. Q fever is a kind of neglected infectious disease in China, and misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are numerous. What needs caution is that the disease has the possibility of a sudden outbreak. In the Netherlands, for example, more than 4,000 Dutch people contracted Q fever from 2007 to 2010. In recent years, the research on Q fever in foreign countries has made rapid progress, especially the new methods of cell-free culture and genetic manipulation have promoted the study of the pathogenesis of CB, which provides an opportunity for the development of new and practical strategies for the prevention and treatment of Q-fever. In this paper, the mechanism of interaction between CB and host cells, mainly the immunomodulatory function of lipopolysaccharide, the mechanism of vesicle development and the possible mechanism of the secretory system of type IV are briefly reviewed.
