【摘要】：正患者女性,74岁,因吞咽困难及饮水呛咳2d于2014年9月9日入院。患者于前天晚餐时,出现吞咽困难,饮水呛咳,声音嘶哑,伴右侧咽喉部牵扯样阵发性疼痛,且向颈部放射,无发热及肢体活动障碍。9月8日纤维喉镜检查发现右侧声带麻痹。9月8日头颅CT检查提示双侧基底核区腔隙性软化灶。病前无感冒发热病史以及腹泻病史。既往高血压史及2型糖尿病史10余年,口服降压及降血
[Abstract]:A 74-year-old woman with dysphagia and coughing drinking water for 2 days was admitted to hospital on September 9, 2014. The patient had dysphagia, coughing, hoarseness, paroxysmal pain in the right throat, and radiation to the neck at dinner the day before. The right vocal cord palsy was found by fiberlaryngoscopy on 8 September and the lacunar malacia on bilateral basal nucleus by CT on September 8.
