肝巨片吸虫病患者临床、病理和影像学表现特点及其诊断价值分析

【摘要】：正自1921年以来在我国福建出现首例肝片形吸虫病以来,我国明确被诊断为该类疾病的病例只有50余例,并且在这些病例中只有少数记载是为肝巨片吸虫感染。本文通过收集30例肝巨片吸虫病患者的完整临床资料,分析其临床、病理和影像学表现特点及其诊断价值,以提高临床医生对此病的了解与认识。
[Abstract]:Since the first case of clonorchiasis occurred in Fujian since 1921, only 50 cases have been clearly diagnosed in China, and only a few of these cases have been recorded as paragonimiasis. By collecting the complete clinical data of 30 patients with paragonimiasis of the liver, the clinical, pathological and imaging features of the patients and their diagnostic value were analyzed in order to improve the understanding and understanding of the disease among clinicians.
