2006-2015年河南省淮阳县国家级土源性线虫病监测点监测结果

【摘要】:目的了解河南省国家级监测点土源性线虫病的流行动态。方法 2006-2015年,每年在淮阳县国家级土源性线虫病监测点收集不少于1 000人份的粪便样本,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查土源性线虫及其他肠道蠕虫卵,3~12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵。此外,每年随机抽取10户家庭,收集其菜地、厕所、庭院和厨房的土壤样本,用改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮法检测土壤蛔虫卵污染情况。结果 2006-2015年,共在淮阳县监测点调查10 419人,检出5种肠道蠕虫卵,分别为蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫、蛲虫和东方毛圆线虫,人群土源性线虫平均感染率为3.69%,均为轻度感染且存在家庭聚集性。男性和女性土源性线虫感染率差异无统计学意义,男、女童蛲虫感染率差异无统计学意义(P均0.05)。1~10岁年龄组土源性线虫、蛔虫及蛲虫感染率均最高,其中3~9岁儿童为重点感染人群,蛲虫为主要感染虫种。小学文化程度人群土源性线虫感染率最高,感染率随文化程度升高呈递减趋势。10年来,河南省国家监测点土源性线虫感染率总体呈逐年下降趋势。监测点土壤中检出受精蛔虫卵和未受精蛔虫卵,但检出率很低。结论近10年来河南省国家级监测点土源性线虫感染率呈逐年下降趋势且维持在较低水平,感染存在家庭聚集性。儿童尤其是3~9岁儿童为重点感染人群,蛲虫为重点防治虫种。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic dynamics of soil derived nematode disease in national surveillance sites in Henan Province. Methods from 2006 to 2015, not less than 1,000 fecal samples were collected from national surveillance sites of soil-derived nematode disease in Huaiyang County each year. The egg of Enterobius vermicularis was examined by modified Kato thick smear method. In addition, 10 families were randomly selected each year to collect soil samples from vegetable fields, latrines, yards and kitchens, and to detect the contamination of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs by modified saturated sodium nitrate floatation method. Results from 2006 to 2015, a total of 10 419 people were investigated in Huaiyang County, and 5 kinds of intestinal worm eggs were detected, namely Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichuris, hookworm, Enterobius vermicularis and Trichoderma orientalis. The average infection rate of soil-derived nematode was 3.69, which was mild infection and family aggregation. There was no significant difference in infection rate between male and female, but there was no significant difference between male and female in Enterobius vermicularis infection (P < 0.05). The infection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides and Enterobius vermicularis was the highest in 10 years old group. Among them, 3 years old children were the main infected population, and Enterobius vermicularis were the main infective species. The infection rate of soil nematode was the highest in the population with primary school education, and the infection rate was decreasing with the increase of education. In the past 10 years, the infection rate of soil derived nematode in the national monitoring sites of Henan Province was decreasing year by year. Fertilized Ascaris lumbricoides and unfertilized Ascaris lumbricoides eggs were detected in the soil of monitoring site, but the detection rate was very low. Conclusion the infection rate of soil-derived nematode in the national surveillance sites of Henan Province has been decreasing year by year and maintained at a low level in recent 10 years. Children, especially children aged 3 to 9, were the focus of infection and pinworm control.
