大数据挖掘技术应用于血吸虫病监测预警研究的探讨

【摘要】：我国血吸虫病疫情将进一步降至较低水平,建立适应低疫情态势下敏感有效的血吸虫病监测预警体系,对巩固血防成果、保障人群健康至关重要。本文分别从血吸虫病监测预警的重要性、研究方向、数据挖掘技术研究进展和应用于监测预警研究的主要内容等4个方面,探讨大数据挖掘技术应用于血吸虫病监测预警研究的可行性,以期提高血吸虫病监测预警研究的效能,加快我国消除血吸虫病进程。
[Abstract]:The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in China will be further reduced to a lower level. It is very important to establish a sensitive and effective surveillance and warning system for schistosomiasis under the situation of low epidemic situation in order to consolidate the achievements of schistosomiasis control and ensure the health of the population. In this paper, the importance of schistosomiasis surveillance and early warning, the research direction, the research progress of data mining technology and the main contents of monitoring and early warning research are discussed. This paper discusses the feasibility of applying big data mining technology to schistosomiasis surveillance and early warning research in order to improve the effectiveness of schistosomiasis surveillance and early warning research and accelerate the process of schistosomiasis elimination in China.
