重庆市艾滋病抗病毒治疗病人健康生存满意度和性行为状况调查

【摘要】：目的了解艾滋病抗病毒治疗病人健康生存满意度和性行为状况,为抗病毒治疗效果分析以及预防艾滋病性传播提供基础数据。方法针对刚入组抗病毒治疗的病人开展横断面问卷调查,数据核对后运用SPSS18.0进行统计学分析。结果共调查治疗病人333人,最近6个月检测过CD4+T淋巴细胞数的占78.1%,对自己享受到的医疗卫生服务满意的占51.1%。最近6个月发生过性行为的占53.5%,其中,最近1次安全套使用比例为56.2%,最近6个月每次都使用安全套的比例为38.8%,且不同性伴类型间安全套使用构成比有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论多数艾滋病治疗病人有性行为,且安全套使用比例较低,建议加强其安全套免费发放、宣传教育和抗病毒治疗,进一步控制艾滋病性接触传播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health survival satisfaction and sexual behavior of patients treated with HIV / AIDS, and to provide basic data for the analysis of the efficacy of antiviral therapy and the prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted for the patients who had been treated with antiviral therapy. SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 333 patients were investigated. In the last 6 months, the number of CD4 T lymphocytes was detected in 78.1% of the patients, and 51.1% of them were satisfied with the medical and health services they received. The proportion of condom use was 56.2 in the last 6 months and 38.8 in each time in the last 6 months, and there was significant difference in the composition ratio of condom use among different sex partners (P 0.05). Conclusion most AIDS patients have sexual behavior and the proportion of condom use is low. It is suggested to strengthen the free distribution of condoms, publicity, education and antiviral treatment to further control the spread of HIV / AIDS.
