人体大片形吸虫虫卵孵育特点

【摘要】：目的了解人体大片形吸虫虫卵的孵育特点。方法收取患者服药前1~4d的全量粪便,采用尼龙袋集卵法收集虫卵。按不同的保存温度和保存时间将虫卵分组孵育:A组,新鲜粪便;B组,4℃下保存10d、20d和88d;C组,室温20~21℃下保存10d。虫卵置于28℃恒温水浴箱中孵化。结果共收取3位患者的10份粪便。各组虫卵在孵育后第11~16d孵出毛蚴。结论无论含虫卵的粪便是新鲜,还是保存于4℃下,或是室温下,均不影响其孵化;但虫卵必须在有水的环境及适宜的温度下才能顺利发育并最终孵化出毛蚴。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hatching characteristics of human paragonimiasis eggs. Methods the feces of the patients were collected 1 ~ 4 days before taking the medicine, and the eggs were collected by nylon bag method.
