男男性接触者中肛肠尖锐湿疣患者合并淋球菌、沙眼衣原体感染现况

【摘要】:目的了解男男性接触者(MSM)肛肠尖锐湿疣患者中合并肛肠淋球菌、沙眼衣原体感染现况,为肛肠尖锐湿疣患者的临床诊疗提供循证医学依据。方法分别采取MSM人群中已确诊肛肠尖锐湿疣患者(试验组)及非尖锐湿疣患者(对照组)的肛肠拭子,采用荧光定量PCR方法进行淋球菌及沙眼衣原体的核酸片段检测。同时采集调查对象的社会人口学及相关性行为学资料,进行比较分析。结果共纳入研究对象158例患者,其中试验组63例,对照组95例。试验组63例患者中淋球菌感染率为17.46%,沙眼衣原体感染率为28.57%,同时合并淋球菌及沙眼衣原体感染率为12.70%;对照组中淋球菌感染率为6.32%,沙眼衣原体感染率为9.47%,同时合并淋球菌及沙眼衣原体感染率为2.16%。试验组患者肛肠中的淋球菌、沙眼衣原体感染率及两组疾病的合并感染率均高于对照组(均P0.05)。结论 MSM中肛肠尖锐湿疣患者中具有较高的淋球菌及沙眼衣原体的感染率。提示医务人员临床工作中应重视肛肠尖锐湿疣患者肛肠部位的淋球菌、沙眼衣原体及其他性传播感染的筛查。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current status of Chlamydia trachomatis infection in the anorectal condyloma acuminate condyloma (MSM) patients with anorectal condyloma, and to provide evidence-based medical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminate patients. Methods the anorectal condyloma acuminata patients (test group) and non acuminate condyloma acuminate patients (control group) of the anorectal (control group) were used respectively. The swab was used to detect the nucleic acid fragment of gonococci and Chlamydia trachomatis by fluorescence quantitative PCR. At the same time, the social demography and related behavioral data of the subjects were collected and compared. The results were included in 158 patients, including 63 in the experimental group and 95 in the control group. The rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection was 1 in the experimental group of 63 patients. 7.46%, the infection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis was 28.57%, and the infection rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis was 12.70%. The rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection in the control group was 6.32%, the infection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis was 9.47%. At the same time, the rate of gonococcus and Chlamydia trachomatis in the 2.16%. test group were the Neisseria gonorrhoeae, the infection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis in the trachoma and two groups. The combined infection rate of the disease was higher than that of the control group (all P0.05). Conclusion the infection rate of gonococci and Chlamydia trachomatis in the patients with anorectal condyloma acuminata was higher in MSM. It was suggested that the medical staff should pay attention to the screening of gonococci, Chlamydia trachomatis and other sexually transmitted infections in the anorectal area of the patients with anorectal condyloma.
