【摘要】：正患者,男,30岁,湖北省襄阳市襄州区人,就职于武汉市某采矿部门。于2016年3月外派至刚果(金)工作,2017年1月10日回国,1月28日开始出现发热,每天1次,未进行任何治疗。2月1日至武汉市急救中心就诊,外周血检未见疟原虫,18时左右发热39.4℃,伴畏寒和头痛等症状,对症治疗后返回家中。2月3日因发热39.6℃,22时至襄阳市中心医院急诊科就诊,血检结果:白细胞计
