厦门禽类标本禽流感病毒检出率的相关因素分析

【摘要】:目的探索厦门禽类标本禽流感病毒阳性检出率的相关因素。方法在2011年1月-2014年7月间,收集厦门市禽类外环境标本,采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法对标本进行核酸检测,分析禽流感病毒阳性检出率的相关因素。结果 593份标本中,检出禽流感阳性178份,阳性率为30%,来源于城乡活禽市场的标本高于家禽规模养殖场和家禽散养户的标本,禽类饮水、清洗禽类污水、笼具表面擦拭标本和案板表面擦拭标本阳性率较禽类粪便标本高,第一季度标本的阳性率高于其余季度的标本,标本送检及时,阳性率越高。结论监测场所、标本种类、标本采集时间、标本送检是否及时与禽流感病毒阳性检出率相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of positive detection rate of avian influenza virus in Xiamen poultry samples. Methods from January 2011 to July 2014, samples of poultry in Xiamen were collected and detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, and the relative factors of positive detection rate of avian influenza virus were analyzed. Results of the 593 specimens, 178 were positive for avian influenza, with a positive rate of 30. The samples from the live poultry market in urban and rural areas were higher than those from poultry farms and individual poultry farmers. The positive rate of the surface wiping specimen of cage and the surface of the table plate was higher than that of the faecal specimen of poultry. The positive rate of the specimen in the first quarter was higher than that in the other quarters, and the positive rate of the specimen was higher than that of the specimen in the first quarter. Conclusion the positive detection rate of Avian Influenza virus is related to the monitoring place, the type of specimen, the time of specimen collection, and whether the specimen is submitted to the sample in time.
