阿德福韦酯联合苦味叶下珠片对HBV阳性肝硬化患者IL-7、病毒载量及巨核细胞的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨阿德福韦酯(ADV)联合苦味叶下珠片对乙肝病毒(HBV)阳性肝硬化患者白细胞介素(IL)-7、病毒载量及巨核细胞的影响。方法 100例HBV阳性肝硬化患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用ADV联合苦味叶下珠片进行治疗,对照组采用ADV进行治疗,两组均治疗12个月,对比两组治疗后血清细胞因子IL-7、病毒载量及巨核细胞的水平。结果治疗后12个月观察组IL-7水平明显高于对照组(P0.05);观察组3、6、9个月的HBV-DNA含量明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组12个月的HBV-DNA阴转率、HBV表面抗原(HBe Ag)阴转率、ALT复常率,均明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后12个月观察组CD41水平明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 HBV阳性肝硬化患者采用ADV联合苦味叶下珠片进行治疗,能有效改善血清细胞因子IL-7水平失衡,帮助患者恢复免疫能力,除此以外,还能抑制病毒的复制,降低患者的病毒载量,防止细胞受损,降低其对巨核细胞的增殖抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of adefovir (ADV) combined with bitter leaf beads tablets on interleukin-7 (IL), viral load and megakaryocyte in patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) positive cirrhosis. Methods 100 patients with HBV positive liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The observation group was treated with ADV combined with bitter leaf bead tablet, and the control group was treated with ADV for 12 months. Serum cytokine IL-7, viral load and megakaryocyte level were compared between the two groups. Results the level of IL-7 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12 months after treatment (P0.05), the HBV-DNA content in the observation group at 6 months and 9 months was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The level of CD41 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group 12 months after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of HBV positive patients with liver cirrhosis by ADV combined with bitter taste sublobar bead tablet can effectively improve the imbalance of serum cytokine IL-7 level and help patients recover their immune ability, in addition, it can also inhibit the replication of the virus. Reduce the viral load, prevent cell damage and inhibit the proliferation of megakaryocytes.
