肌松剂、镇静镇痛剂联合机械通气治疗重型破伤风的临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察镇静、肌松剂联合机械通气治疗重型破伤风效果,寻找更合理、安全治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2011年10月-2015年8月本院收治的20例重症破伤风患者的临床资料。结果除1例因经济原因放弃治疗外,余19例患者综合治疗后均治愈出院,总体治愈率100%。结论应用肌松剂、镇静镇痛联合机械通气治疗重型破伤风效果良好,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of sedation and muscle relaxant combined with mechanical ventilation on severe tetanus. Methods the clinical data of 20 patients with severe tetanus from October 2011 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results except for 1 case who gave up treatment for economic reasons, 19 cases were cured and discharged after comprehensive treatment, the overall cure rate was 100%. Conclusion the application of muscle relaxant, sedation and analgesia combined with mechanical ventilation for severe tetanus is effective and worth popularizing.
