2009—2015年新疆生产建设兵团第五师结核病防治结果评价

【摘要】：目的 分析2009—2015年新疆生产建设兵团第五师(简称“新疆兵团五师”)结核病防治结果。方法 利用《中国疾病预防控制系统结核病信息管理系统》收集2009—2015年新疆兵团五师肺结核患者相关信息,建立Excel 2010数据库,用SPSS20.0软件进行分析,采用χ2检验进行各率的统计学检验,以P0.05为有统计学意义。结果 7年间,新疆兵团五师共接诊初诊患者1 448例,初诊患者年平均就诊率、查痰率和涂阳检出率分别为1.72‰、48.62%和40.06%,均呈现年度现将趋势,比较各年度间初诊患者查痰率(χ_(趋势)~2=294.613,P0.05),差异有统计学意义;累计发现活动性肺结核患者588例,活动性肺结核登记率年平均登记率为69.69/10万(588/843 740),呈逐年递减的趋势(χ_(趋势)~2=372.485,P0.05),差异有统计学意义;患者来源以转诊为主,占77.21%(454/588);非结防机构报告的肺结核或疑似肺结核年平均转诊率、转诊到位率和总体到位率分别为75.25%、84.63%和94.90%,均呈现年度增长趋势;涂阳患者治愈率为96.55%(252/261)。结论 新疆兵团五师结核病防治工作取得初步成效,但仍面临困难与挑战。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of tuberculosis control in the Fifth Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps from 2009 to 2015. Methods the tuberculosis information management system of China Disease Prevention and Control system was used to collect the relevant information of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the Fifth Division of Xinjiang Bingtuan from 2009 to 2015. The database of Excel 2010 was established and analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. 蠂 2 test was used for the statistical test of each rate, with P0.05 as the statistical significance.
