接受性病转介服务的MSM情况分析

【摘要】：目的了解社区组织发现并转介到性传播疾病(STD)医疗机构的男男性行为人群(MSM)的特征,提出健康干预的建议。方法建立社区组织与医疗机构的联系网络,通过日常咨询服务转介疑似STD患者接受检查诊断和治疗。对转介成功并诊断治疗者进行个人信息询问登记和分析。结果156例被转介的STD患者中,98.7%为汉族,武汉当地户籍占87.8%;52.6%年龄为20~30岁之间,68.6%未婚,50.6%独居,75.6%为大本及以上学历;学生、干部职员和商业服务人员分别占20%以上;无收入者占22.5%。诊断为梅毒的占73.7%,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染占35.9%,尖锐湿疣占16.7%;22.4%为梅毒和HIV混合感染。门诊咨询检测62例,新发现HIV感染者17例;安全套使用率为44.22%。结论应重视对于学生、未婚、独居和高学历群体的健康干预,对商业服务人员的健康教育也需要给予重视,应该加强STD就诊者的HIV推荐检测。同时要加大安全套使用推广力度,提高MSM群体行为的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of (MSM) among men who were found and referred to (STD) medical institutions in community organizations, and put forward suggestions for health intervention. Methods the network of community organizations and medical institutions was established, and the patients suspected of STD were referred for examination, diagnosis and treatment through daily counseling services. Register and analyze the personal information of successful referrals and diagnostics. Results of the 156 cases of STD referred, 98.7% were Han nationality, 87.8% were registered as residents of Wuhan, 68.6% were unmarried, 50.6% were single, and 75.6% were college degree or above. Students, cadres, staff and business service personnel accounted for more than 20 percent, while those without income accounted for 22.5 percent. 73.7% of the patients were diagnosed with syphilis, 35.9% were infected with (HIV), and 22.4% of condyloma acuminatum were infected with HIV and syphilis. There were 62 cases of outpatient consultation and 17 new cases of HIV infection, and the condom usage rate was 44.22%. Conclusion attention should be paid to the health intervention of students, unmarried, solitary and highly educated groups, and to the health education of commercial service personnel. The HIV recommendation of STD patients should be strengthened. At the same time, to increase condom use promotion, improve the safety of MSM group sex.
