慢性丙肝病毒感染者血清维生素D和细胞免疫变化关系的分析

【摘要】:目的:是通过检测丙肝病毒感染者外周血维生素D的水平,来初步探讨其与细胞免疫变化的关系及其临床意义。方法:是采用电化学发光法测定丙肝病毒感染者外周血25-羟基维生素D水平,同时用流式细胞仪检测CD4+和CD8+T细胞、NK细胞的细胞数,并计算CD4+T细胞/CD8+T细胞比值。结果:丙肝病毒感染者外周血维生素D与细胞免疫变化有一定关系,细胞免疫较正常健康志愿者对照组比较水平降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论:是丙肝病毒感染者外周血维生素D和细胞免疫平均水平较正常人群低,维生素D不足程度越高的HCV感染人群其细胞免疫较正常人群降低越明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between vitamin D and cellular immunity and its clinical significance by detecting the level of vitamin D in peripheral blood of hepatitis C virus infected patients. Methods: the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in peripheral blood of patients infected with hepatitis C virus were measured by electrochemiluminescence, and the number of CD4, CD8 T cells and NK cells were measured by flow cytometry, and the ratio of CD4 T cells to CD8 T cells was calculated. Results: the level of vitamin D in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis C virus infection was lower than that of healthy volunteers, and the level of cellular immunity was significantly lower than that of healthy volunteers. Conclusion: the average levels of vitamin D and cellular immunity in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis C virus infection are lower than those of normal subjects. The higher the level of vitamin D deficiency, the lower the cellular immunity of HCV infected people.
