邢台市2007-2013年献血人群HIV感染特征分析

【摘要】：正近年来,我国艾滋病疫情呈现快速发展趋势,疫情已由高危人群向一般人群扩散。各地献血者血液筛查中发现的艾滋病病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者逐年增加,因窗口期输血而造成的受血者感染HIV的情况也时有发生。保证血液安全,是采供血机构面临的严峻挑战。为防止HIV经血液传播,对2007-2013年邢台市献血者HIV检测结果进行了回顾性分析,现将结果报告如下。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the AIDS epidemic in China shows a rapid development trend, the epidemic has spread from high-risk groups to the general population. Blood donors found in blood screening around the (Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV) infection increased year by year, because of window transfusion caused by the recipient infected with HIV also occurred from time to time. To ensure the safety of blood is a severe challenge for blood collection and supply organizations. In order to prevent the transmission of HIV through blood, the HIV test results of blood donors in Xingtai city from 2007 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The results are reported as follows.
