Wolbachia在重要蚊媒病防治研究中的进展

【摘要】：Wolbachia是动物界最常见的细菌感染,对无脊椎动物繁殖、性别决定、物种形成和行为有着巨大的影响。近年来,利用Wolbachia改变蚊虫种群、用抗Wolbachia疗法治疗丝虫感染取得开创性成果。本文概述了Wolbachia在基础和应用生命科学领域内最新进展。
[Abstract]:Wolbachia is the most common bacterial infection in animal kingdom, which has a great influence on invertebrate reproduction, sex determination, species formation and behavior. In recent years, Wolbachia was used to change mosquito population and anti-Wolbachia therapy was used to treat filariasis infection. This paper summarizes the latest progress of Wolbachia in the field of basic and applied life sciences.
