CT和核磁共振成像在脑脊髓型并殖吸虫病诊断中的应用

【摘要】：对2003-2012年恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的脑脊髓型并殖吸虫病急性期患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。22例患者中,男性15例,女性7例;年龄6~17岁,均来自于农村,有生食螃蟹史。CT和核磁共振成像(MRI)示,22例患者均有大脑半球损害,16例病变局限在单侧大脑半球,6例发现双侧大脑半球病灶。主要有两种影像学改变,1梗死灶与大面积低密度水肿灶伴局灶性出血,2环形病灶。6例表现为脑内血肿的患者,其中2例行手术清除,所有患者均给予吡喹酮口服,每次25 mg/kg·次,3次/d,3 d为1个疗程,配合甘露醇、地塞米松对症支持治疗。治疗1个疗程后间隔7 d再行下1个疗程治疗,所有患者均痊愈出院。
[Abstract]:The clinical data of acute stage patients with paragonimiasis of Enshi Tujia Miao Autonomous Prefecture from 2003 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Among 22 patients, 15 were male and 7 were female. The age of 6 to 17 years old all came from rural areas and had a history of raw crabs. Ct and MRI (MRI) showed that 22 patients had cerebral hemispheric lesions, 16 patients were localized in unilateral hemispheres, and 6 patients found bilateral cerebral hemispheres. There are two main imaging changes, 1 infarction focus and large area low density edema focus with focal hemorrhage, 2 circular focus. 6 cases with intracerebral hematoma, 2 cases underwent surgical clearance, all patients were given praziquantel orally, and all the patients were given praziquantel orally, and 2 cases were treated with praziquantel orally, and 2 cases showed intracerebral hematoma. Each time 25 mg/kg, 3 times a day, 3 days as a course of treatment, combined with mannitol, dexamethasone, symptomatic support therapy. After 1 course of treatment, 7 days after treatment, the next course of treatment was performed, all the patients were cured and discharged.
