结核性脑膜炎患者血浆和脑脊液中miRNAs含量检测及其临床价值评估

【摘要】:目的评估结核性脑膜炎患者血浆和脑脊液中mi RNAs含量检测及其临床价值。方法选择结核性脑膜炎患者58例作为观察组,取同期原发性头痛患者60例作为对照组,检测两组患者的血浆及脑脊液mi RNAs含量,IL-6及IFN-γ水平,进一步分析mi RNAs含量与IL-6、IFN-γ水平的相关性。结果观察组患者的血浆及脑脊液中mi RNA-125b、mi RNA-29a、mi RNA-155、mi RNA-3179a及mi RNA-144含量明显高于对照组患者(P0.05);血浆及脑脊液中IL-6、IFN-γ水平低于对照组患者(P0.05);mi RNA-125b、mi RNA-29a、mi RNA-155、mi RNA-3179a及mi RNA-144表达量与血清IL-6、IFN-γ水平呈负相关(P0.05)。结论结核性脑膜炎患者的mi RNAs表达异常,一定程度上抑制机体免疫反应、增强病原体毒性,其水平及终端炎症因子水平的测定可以用于患者病情的判断。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the detection and clinical value of mi RNAs in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with tuberculosis meningitis. Methods 58 patients with tuberculosis meningitis were selected as observation group and 60 patients with primary headache as control group. The levels of mi RNAs, IL-6 and IFN- 纬 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups were measured, and the correlation between mi RNAs content and IL-6,IFN- 纬 level was further analyzed. Results the contents of mi RNA-125b,mi RNA-29a,mi RNA-155,mi RNA-3179a and mi RNA-144 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of IL-6,IFN- 纬 in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The expression of mi RNA-125b,mi RNA-29a,mi RNA-155,mi RNA-3179a and mi RNA-144 was negatively correlated with serum IL-6,IFN- 纬 level (P 0.05). Conclusion the abnormal expression of mi RNAs in patients with tuberculosis meningitis can inhibit the immune response and enhance the toxicity of pathogens to a certain extent. The determination of its level and terminal inflammatory factor level can be used to judge the condition of patients.
