高效抗逆转录病毒疗法引起神经炎症的研究进展

【摘要】:高效抗逆转录病毒疗法是一种可以有效治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒感染的组合疗法,但是会引起诸多不良反应,其中包括神经炎症。神经炎症是一种发生在神经系统中的炎症反应,会影响人类免疫缺陷病毒感染患者的预后效果。文章简单介绍了高效抗逆转录病毒疗法的应用近况和不良反应,如肝损害、高血脂、线粒体毒性等。着重介绍了高效抗逆转录病毒疗法导致神经炎症的相关研究。还介绍了神经炎症的发生机制和危害,包括创伤、感染和神经退行性疾病。阐述了高效抗逆转录病毒疗法引起神经炎症的可能机制,指出利用高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒感染的意义。
[Abstract]:Highly effective antiretrovirus therapy is a combination therapy that can effectively treat human immunodeficiency virus infection, but it can cause many adverse reactions, including neuroinflammation. Neuroinflammation is an inflammatory reaction in the nervous system, which affects the prognosis of patients with human immunodeficiency virus infection. This paper briefly introduces the recent application and adverse reactions of high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy, such as liver damage, hyperlipidemia, mitochondrial toxicity and so on. This paper focuses on the related research of neuroinflammation caused by high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy. The mechanism and harm of neuroinflammation, including trauma, infection and neurodegenerative diseases, were also introduced. This paper expounds the possible mechanism of neuroinflammation caused by high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy, and points out the significance of using high efficiency antiretrovirus therapy in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus infection.
