快速诊断胰腺结核一例报告并文献复习

<正>胰腺结核（pancreatic tuberculosis,PT）是一种罕见病,其临床症状及体征缺乏特异性。影像学上主要表现为胰腺囊性、实性或囊实性占位,常被误诊为胰腺肿瘤而常行手术治疗。本研究回顾性分析胰腺结核患者的临床资料,并进行文献复习,以提高对胰腺结核的认识。1病例报告患者男,33岁,以"腹胀、皮肤巩膜黄染20d余"入院。主要表现为腹胀以中上腹为主,间断性发作,不伴放射性及转移性疼痛,无恶心呕吐,无畏寒发热,无厌油和乏力,无腹泻和黑便等症状。既往无结核病史,有结核患者接触史,家属无肿瘤史。
