瞬时弹性成像和声脉冲辐射力成像技术诊断慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的价值

　　目的瞬时弹性成像和声脉冲辐射力成像技术（ARFI）对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化进行诊断,并评价诊断表现。方法随机选择2015年3月至2019年7月之间联勤保障部队第九○四医院入院治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者152例,男性93例,女性59例,平均年龄（44.3±9.1）岁。患者符合慢性乙型肝炎防治指南（2015年版本）诊断要求。计量资料用（x±s）表示,采用t检验比较差异。结果 152例慢性乙型肝炎患者F0期15例,F1期52例,F2期37例,F3期26例,F4期22例,各肝纤维化分期患者之间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。Spearman相关性分析结果提示瞬时弹性成像和ARFI与肝纤维化分期均呈正相关（相关性系数r值分别为0.72、0.49,P<0.05）。瞬时弹性成像诊断≥F2期肝纤维化临界值及AUC为5.8 kPa及0.84;≥F3期肝纤维化临界值及AUC为7.2 kPa及0.87;F4期肝纤维化临界值及AUC为9.5kPa及0.92。ARFI诊断≥F2期肝纤维化临界值及AUC为1.48 m/s及0.83;≥F3期肝纤维化临界值及AUC为1.56m/s及0.88;F4期肝纤维...
