巴马科-马里艾滋病毒母婴传播的社会经济与认知因素

健康社会学的最终目标是研究健康和疾病的关键因素和社会影响,以及医疗机构或专业的所处的社会结构。基于这一认识,本研究讨论了影响艾滋病的母婴传播的社会经济和认知因素。在撒哈拉以南的非洲地区,母婴传播艾滋病毒被认为是艾滋病毒/艾滋病传播的重要途径之一。目前,在撒哈拉以南的非洲,五岁以下儿童的死亡率接近10%。在马里,尽管根据“健康五号”的人口统计调查(2012)显示患病率很低,仅为1.3%,但必须指出,艾滋病是马里死亡的主要原因之一。2016年,马里新增5900例艾滋病死亡和感染的人,已经接受治疗或预防艾滋病传染给孩子的孕妇比例为35%。由于母婴传播,约有1600名儿童新感染了艾滋病毒(WHO,2016)。母婴传播获得护理和治疗服务的方式受到许多因素的影响,这些因素影响了妇女寻求健康照顾的决定。该博士论文是健康社会学领域的一部分,它探讨了在马里巴马科地区,艾滋病毒/艾滋病母婴传播的社会经济和感知因素。它有助于减少在巴马科母婴传播艾滋病毒的比例。所有这些问题使我们能够探索在马里巴马科预防母婴传播艾滋病毒失败的真正原因。在方法论上,本文采用了混合方法设计,采用定量和定性研究方法对巴马科母婴传播艾...
