2015-2018年利比里亚结核病患者特征和治疗结局影响因素分析

　　研究目的:结核病虽然得到有效控制,但是对世界各国的公共卫生,特别是非洲等地区仍然构成较大威胁。利比里亚的结核病患病率高于世界平均水平,给该国造成较大负担。本研究通过对2015²018年利比里亚蒙罗维亚市结核病患病情况调查,分析其流行特征及临床症状、生活行为和艾滋病毒感染等影响因素,为制定相应的防控措施和策略提供科学依据。研究方法:收集2015²018年期间在利比里亚首都蒙罗维亚参加国家麻风病和结核病控制中心确诊的1208例结核病患者信息,通过调查问卷和医院记录收集其性别、年龄、婚姻状况、民族、职业等人口学资料,吸烟、饮酒等生活习惯,居住情况,生活水平和检查相关信息,X线胸片、结核部位、痰涂片、痰培养检查,结核病症状等临床表现,艾滋病毒患病信息。对结核病的治愈情况进行了回顾性研究,计数资料用率或构成比表示,组间比较采用卡方检验,比较不同特征结核病患者治愈情况的差异。多因素分析应用二分类Logistic回归模型,评估影响利比里亚蒙罗维亚市结核病患者治愈的因素。应用IBM SPSS 24.0统计软件和Microsoft Excel 2016进行数据...
