【摘要】:本试验旨在评价添加酵母培养物(益康XP和实验室研制的酵母培养物)对肉仔鸡生长性能、消化率和免疫功能的影响。试验采用1日龄AA肉仔鸡288只,随机分成七组,分别饲喂基础饲粮,基础饲粮添加发酵12h(T1)、24h(T2)、36h(T3)、48h(T4)、60h(T5)的实验室培养酵母培养物和益康XP,试验周期为42d。每组6个重复,每个重复8只肉仔鸡。饲料配方按两期配制,分为起始期(7-21d)和成长期(22-42d)。在7日龄时给肉仔鸡进行新城疫免疫。在21和42日龄时,分别屠宰12只肉仔鸡用于挥发性脂肪酸、血液生化指标和生长性能的测定。在第21天YC2和YC3组平均日增重显著(P0.05)高于其他组。第42天YC4组平均日增重与其余各组差异显著。21天YC1采食量最高而C组采食量最低;然而42天YC4组比其余各组采食量都高。YC3组纤维含量较其余各组差异性显著(P0.05)。7-42天各组平均日采食量没有显著差异。7-21天饲料转化率对照组显著高于其余跟组(P0.05)。21天XP组的血清白蛋白含量显著高于其余各组(P0.05)。TB含量21天YC3组显著高于其余各组(P0.05)。42天YC3和YC4组较其余各组差异显著(P0.05)。在42天各组的尿素含量并没有显示出显著的差异。在42天YC3、YC4和XP组肌胃指数和脾脏指数相对其余各组表现出显著性差异(P0.05)。XP组乙酸含量表现出显著性差异(P0.05)。YC2和XP丙酸含量都显著高于其余各组(P0.05)。丁酸的浓度没有显著差异。在21天YC2 YC3和XP组IgA较其余各组差异显著(P0.05)。21天YC3和YC4组IgG显著高于其余组(P0.05)。42天YC3组IgA、IgG均显著高于其他组(P0.05)。相关研究结果表明,酵母培养物作为益生菌来源对动物的生长性能和免疫能力具有有益作用。添加酵母培养物可能会对有营养需求时或在受到其他应激时的肉仔鸡有一定的帮助作用。但在正常环境和饲养管理条件下,它对肠道形态的影响微乎其微。因此,我们必须把注意力放在寻找一个更合适的、更新颖的益生菌候选菌种上。关于酵母培养物我们不断地探索理论知识,不断地积累实践的经验,其准确的作用机理、保护畜禽健康的适用性和对畜禽生产能力的提高需要再进行更深入的研究。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of yeast culture (Yikang XP and yeast culture developed in laboratory) on growth performance, digestibility and immune function of broilers. 288 AA broilers of 1 day old were used in the experiment. They were randomly divided into seven groups. The basal diet was fed with basic diet. The basal diet was supplemented with fermentation for 12 h, T1, T1, 24 h, T2, T2, T3, T3, 48h, T4). The experimental period of yeast culture and Yikang XP was 42 days. Each group had 6 replicates and 8 broilers per replica. The feed formula was prepared in two stages. The broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease at the age of 7 days and at the age of 21 and 42 days. Twelve broilers were slaughtered for volatile fatty acids. Determination of blood biochemical indexes and growth performance. The average daily gain of YC2 and YC3 groups was significantly higher than that of YC3 group on the 21st day (P0.05). The average daily gain of YC4 group was significantly higher than that of other groups on the 42nd day. The YC1 intake was the highest in group C on day 21 and the lowest in group C. However, the content of fiber in YC4 group was higher than that in other groups on 42 days, and the fiber content in YC3 group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake among the groups at day 7-42. The feed conversion rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P0.05). The level of serum albumin in XP group on day 21 was significantly higher than that in other groups (P 0.05N. TB). The content of serum albumin in YC3 group on day 21 was significantly higher than that in other groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in urea content between YC3 group and YC4 group on 42nd day compared with other groups, but there was no significant difference in urea content in 42nd day group and 42nd day YC3 group. Compared with other groups, there were significant differences in muscle and stomach index and spleen index between YC4 and XP groups. The contents of propionic acid in YC2 and XP were significantly higher than those in other groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in butyric acid concentration. The IgA of YC2 YC3 and XP was significantly higher than that of other groups on day 21 (P < 0.05). The IgG of YC3 and YC4 group was significantly higher than that of YC3 group on day 21 (P 0.05) and YC3 group (P 0.05). 42 days later, IgA was significantly higher in YC4 group than that in other groups. IgG was significantly higher than that of other groups (P 0.05). Yeast culture as a probiotic source has beneficial effects on growth performance and immune ability of animals. Adding yeast culture may be helpful to broilers with nutritional needs or other stress. ... but under normal conditions and breeding management conditions. It has little effect on intestinal morphology. Therefore, we must focus on finding a more suitable, novel candidate for probiotics. We continue to explore theoretical knowledge about yeast cultures. It is necessary to further study the practical experience, the exact mechanism of action, the applicability of protecting the health of livestock and poultry, and the improvement of the production capacity of livestock and poultry.
