艾蒿粉对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】:本研究探讨了日粮中添加不同剂量的艾蒿粉对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响,旨在为艾蒿粉在肉仔鸡生产中的合理应用提供理论依据。试验选择1日龄AA肉仔鸡240只,随机分为5个日粮处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.25%、0.5%、1%和2%的艾蒿粉配制成5种日粮,试验期共42 d,分为前后两期,每期21 d,结果表明如下:1.随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,试验后期肉仔鸡的ADG呈极显著的一次线性(P=0.008)或显著的二次曲线(P=0.013)增加,试验全期肉仔鸡的ADG呈显著的一次线性(P=0.012)或显著的二次曲线(P=0.012)增加,试验后期肉仔鸡的GH水平呈显著的一次线性(P=0.047)增加。2.随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,肉仔鸡在试验后期粗蛋白的表观代谢率呈显著的二次曲线(P=0.040)增加。3.随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,21日龄时,肉仔鸡空肠胰蛋白酶活力呈极显著的二次曲线(P=0.009)增加,42日龄时,肉仔鸡空肠胰蛋白酶活力呈显著的二次曲线(P=0.039)增加,空肠脂肪酶活力呈显著的二次曲线(P=0.019)增加,空肠淀粉酶活力呈显著的二次曲线(P=0.040)增加,回肠糜蛋白酶活力呈二次曲线(P=0.061)增加趋势;21日龄时,空肠绒毛高度呈显著的二次曲线(P=0.044)增加;42日龄时,十二指肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值呈二次曲线(P=0.086)增加趋势,空肠绒毛高度呈显著的一次线性(P=0.048)或显著的二次曲线(P=0.018)增加,回肠绒毛高度呈二次曲线(P--0.074)趋势,空肠和回肠的绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值均呈二次曲线(P=0.063)、(P=0.087)增加趋势。4.随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,肉色亮度L*值呈显著的一次线性(P=0.046)降低,肉色红度a*值则呈极显著的一次线性(P=0.003)或极显著的二次曲线(P=0.008)增加。5.随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,21日龄时,肉仔鸡的法氏囊指数呈一次线性(P=0.093)增加趋势;42日龄时,肉仔鸡的脾脏指数呈显著的一次线性(P=0.035)增加或二次曲线(P=0.080)’增加趋势;21日龄时肉仔鸡血清中的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量呈一次线性(P=0.069)增加趋势,免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量呈显著的一次线性(P=0.020)增加或二次曲线(P=0.071)增加趋势。以上结果表明:(1)日粮中添加适量的艾蒿粉可通过提升肉仔鸡生长激素水平、提高消化酶活力并改善肠黏膜形态和提升营养物质表观代谢率等途径促进机体的生长,添加量0.25%时生长最快,添加量0.5%时饲料利用率最高;(2)日粮中添加适量的艾蒿粉可以通过降低肉色亮度、增加肉色红度改善肉品质,添加量2%时效果最好;(3)日粮中添加适宜剂量的艾蒿粉可提高肉仔鸡的免疫功能,添加量2%时效果最好。
[Abstract]:This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation of mugwort powder on production performance and immune function of broilers, in order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable application of mugwort powder in broilers. The experiment selected 1 AA broilers were 240, were randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments, each treatment group 6 replicates of 8 chicks per replicate. 0,0.25% was added, the diets of 0.5%, 1% and 2% of the mugwort powder is prepared into 5 kinds of diets, the total experimental period of 42 d, divided into two periods, each 21 d, the results were as follows: 1. with the increase of Artemisia argyi powder, the end of the experiment broilers in a linear ADG significantly (P=0.008) or a significant two curve (P=0.013) increased during the whole period of broiler ADG showed a significant linear (P=0.012) or a significant two curve (P=0.012) increased, the end of the experiment of Broilers GH level is a linear. The (P=0.047) .2. increased with increasing addition of mugwort powder, broilers at the end of the experiment, the crude protein apparent metabolic rate was two times curve (P=0.040) increased significantly with the increase of.3. addition amount of mugwort powder, at the age of 21 days, the jejunum of broilers trypsin activity was two times curve significantly increased (P=0.009). At the age of 42 days, the jejunum of broilers trypsin activity was two times curve (P=0.039) significantly increased the lipase activity was two times curve was significantly increased (P=0.019), amylase activity in the jejunum is two times curve significantly increased (P=0.040), ileal chymotrypsin activity was two times curve (P=0.061) increased; at the age of 21 days, the villus height of jejunum show two curve (P=0.044) increased significantly; at the age of 42 days, the ratio of duodenal villus height and crypt depth was two times curve (P=0.086) increased, the villus height of jejunum showed an obvious linear (P=0.048) Or was two times curve (P=0.018) increased the ileal villus height was two times curve (P--0.074), the ratio of villus height and crypt depth of jejunum and ileum were two times curve (P=0.063),.4. (P=0.087) increased with the increase of Artemisia powder, L* showed a color brightness linear (P=0.046) significantly decreased, color red a* showed a significant linear (P=0.003) or a significant two curve (P=0.008).5. increased with increasing addition of mugwort powder, at the age of 21 days, the index of bursa of Fabricius in broilers showed a linear increase (P=0.093) trend; at the age of 42 days, the spleen index of Broilers showed a significant linear increase (P=0.035) or two (P=0.080) curve 'increasing trend; immunoglobulin G in serum at 21 days of age (IgG) content showed a linear increasing trend (P=0.069), immunoglobulin M (IgM) of the content. A significant linear increase (P=0.020) or two (P=0.071) curve increased. The above results show that: (1) adding argy wormwood powder can enhance the growth hormone levels in broiler diets, improve the digestive enzyme activity and improve intestinal mucosal morphology and enhance nutrient apparent metabolic rate so as to promote the body the growth amount of 0.25%, the fastest growth, adding 0.5% when the feed utilization rate; (2) adding argy wormwood powder in the diet can increase by reducing the color brightness, color red degree improve the meat quality, the best addition amount of 2%; (3) diet supplemented with appropriate dose of mugwort powder can improve the immune function of broilers, adding amount of 2% was the best.
