日粮中添加芦苇对育肥期和田羊生长性能及表观消化率的影响

【摘要】:为分析日粮中添加不同水平的芦苇对育肥期和田羊生长性能及表观消化率的影响,本研究选取75只6月龄、体重为(30.59±3.36)kg的和田羊,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,随机分为0、10%、20%、30%和40%芦苇水平,每组15只,试验期75d。结果发现,20%和40%芦苇添加组的干物质采食量均极显著高于对照组(P0.01);20%芦苇添加组的日增重显著高于对照组(P0.05),10%、30%和40%芦苇添加组的日增重分别比对照组高出10.09%、5.64%和10.87%,但差异不显著(P0.05);20%芦苇添加组的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、钙和磷的表观消化率均较高;各组的饲料单位成本与饲料总成本随着芦苇添加量的增加而增加,芦苇添加组的增重收益均高于对照组,10%芦苇添加组的经济效益最高。结果表明,日粮中添加20%芦苇时干物质采食量、日增重及干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的表观消化率均较好;考虑到饲料投入成本,日粮中添加10%芦苇经济效益最高。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the effect of different levels of Reed on growth performance and apparent digestibility of Hetian sheep in fattening period, 75 6 months old Hetian sheep with weight of 30.59 卤3.36 kg were selected in this study. A single factor complete random trial design was used. It was randomly divided into 0 10% and 20% and 40% Reed levels, 15 in each group, for 75 days. The results showed that there were 15 reeds in each group for 75 days. The dry matter intake of the 20% and 40% Reed supplementation groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.01). The daily gain of 20% Reed supplementation group was significantly higher than that of the control group P0.0510% and 40% Reed addition group, respectively 10.09% higher than that of the control group. 5.64% and 10.87, but the difference was not significant (P 0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, crude ash, calcium and phosphorus were higher in 20% Reed group. The feed unit cost and total feed cost of each group increased with the increase of Reed addition. The weight gain of Reed added group was higher than that of the control group (10% Reed addition). The results showed that the economic benefit of Reed added group was the highest. The apparent digestibility of dry matter intake, daily gain, dry matter, crude protein and crude fat were better when 20% reeds were added to the diet. Considering the feed input cost, the economic benefit of adding 10% reeds to the diet was the highest.
