奶牛真胃左方变位血液代谢谱的比较与分析

【摘要】:围产期奶牛经历妊娠、分娩以及泌乳等一系列生理过程,尤其是高产奶牛在妊娠后期阶段及泌乳初期阶段发生生理性能量负平衡和先天免疫低下,,使得组织器官易发生机能和代谢紊乱。真胃左方变位就是最常见的奶牛围产期疾病之一,是由多因素而引发的以真胃平滑肌弛缓为病理学基础的真胃疾病,多发病于高产奶牛,且多于分娩后数日或1~2周内发病。每年有大量奶牛由于发生真胃左方变位而导致产奶量下降,过早淘汰,甚至死亡,严重影响着我国奶牛业的发展。因此,开展对奶牛群体性监测对该病的早期诊断和科学的预防尤为重要。“凯普顿代谢谱”是通过监测血液、乳液和尿液中的一些成分,来评价畜群或者个体的营养状态,从而达到预警相关的营养代谢性疾病。本研究运用预防医学的观点及理论,通过对奶牛血液谱的比较与分析,以期能够预测、预报从而预防奶牛真胃左方变位以及其他生产疾病的发生,同时也可以对其饲养管理给予一定的指导。 本研究通过对健康奶牛和真胃左方变位奶牛,的基本特征、能量代谢状态、肝功能及肾功能指标、免疫学指标以及矿物质元素等指标的测试,利用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)对相关指标在奶牛真胃左方变位诊断中的效用进行比较,以期发现可用于奶牛真胃左方变位预测、预报的指标。结果表明,真胃左方变位奶牛存在能量负平衡引起的糖脂代谢障碍,肝脏功能和胆红素代谢受到一定程度的影响,且胰岛素敏感性降低。血钙(Cut-point值为2.25mmol/L)可作为奶牛真胃左方变位监测的首选指标,INS、RQUICKI、NEFA、ALT、GGT、CREA、AST、ALT、Cl和K等可作为辅助指标,并初步确定了其Cut-point值。真胃左方变位奶牛炎性反应明显,细胞因子IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α显著升高;急性期蛋白,如急性期蛋白补体C-1q、触珠蛋白、血清淀粉样蛋白A、血浆铜蓝蛋白、α1-酸性糖蛋白和C-反应蛋白等显著升高。 总之,真胃左方变位奶牛存在能量负平衡和钙负平衡,一定程度的肝脏功能异常和胆红素代谢异常,胰岛素敏感性降低和明显的炎性反应。奶牛真胃左方变位的监测可采用多指标联合的方法。
[Abstract]:Perinatal cows experience a series of physiological processes, such as pregnancy, delivery and lactation, especially the physiological negative balance of energy and innate immunosuppression in the later stage of pregnancy and the early stage of lactation. The left transposition of the true stomach is one of the most common perinatal diseases in dairy cows, which is caused by many factors. It is more common in high-yielding cows than in the first few days or within 2 weeks after delivery. Every year a large number of dairy cows due to the occurrence of left transposition of the true stomach led to a decline in milk production premature elimination and even death. The development of dairy cattle industry in China is seriously affected. Therefore, it is very important to carry out the early diagnosis and scientific prevention of the disease by carrying out the group monitoring of dairy cows. "Capton metabolic spectrum" is through the monitoring of blood. Some components in the emulsion and urine to evaluate the nutritional status of livestock or individuals in order to achieve early warning of nutritional metabolic diseases. This study uses the viewpoint and theory of preventive medicine. By comparing and analyzing the blood spectrum of dairy cows, the authors hope to predict and forecast the occurrence of left abomasum displacement and other production diseases in dairy cows, and at the same time give some guidance to the raising and management of dairy cows. In this study, the basic characteristics, energy metabolism, liver function and renal function, immunological indexes and mineral elements of healthy cows and left abomasum cows were tested. Using the operating characteristic curve (ROC curve), the utility of the related indexes in the diagnosis of left abomasal displacement in dairy cattle was compared, in order to find out that it can be used to predict the left abomasal displacement in dairy cattle. The results showed that there were impaired glucose and lipid metabolism caused by negative energy balance, and liver function and bilirubin metabolism were affected to some extent. The serum calcium Cut-point value of 2.25 mmol / L could be used as the first choice for monitoring the left transposition of the true stomach. Nefa GGT creatine and K can be used as supplementary indexes. The Cut-point value was preliminarily determined. The inflammatory response was obvious in the left abomasum of dairy cattle, and the cytokine IL-1, IL-2U, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10. TNF- 伪 increased significantly. Acute phase proteins, such as complement C-1q, thioglobin, serum amyloid A, plasma ceruloplasmin, 伪 1-acidic glycoprotein and C-reactive protein, were significantly increased. In a word, there are negative balance of energy and calcium, abnormal liver function and abnormal metabolism of bilirubin. Low insulin sensitivity and obvious inflammatory response.
