2016年我国饲料原料及其毒素检测分析

【摘要】:为了解我国市场上饲料原料中霉菌毒素的含量及其污染情况,本研究从沈阳,山东等地区共收集261份样品并对其进行编号,采用酶联免疫吸附法分别对样品中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、呕吐毒素(DON)含量进行测定。结果表明:我国饲料原料中黄曲霉毒素污染范围较广,但超标率在逐渐降低;玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的污染范围和超标率呈上升趋势。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the content and contamination of mycotoxins in feed materials in China, 261 samples were collected and numbered from Shenyang and Shandong. Aflatoxin B _ (1) (AFB _ (1)) and Zen were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The results showed that aflatoxin contamination range was wide in China, but the rate of exceeding the standard was decreasing gradually. The contamination range and over-standard rate of zearalenone and vomiting toxin in maize showed an increasing trend.
