植物提取物在肉鸡和蛋鸡生产中的应用性研究

【摘要】:近年来,植物性饲料添加剂得到了广泛的研究和试用,最初应用是因为其特殊的气味可以促进动物唾液和消化液的分泌,提高采食量。后来,研究者发现植物性饲料添加剂中的化学活性物质可以有利于保证肠道的菌群健康,提高畜禽的抗病能力、促进动物生长。随着近年来消费者对于食品安全的重视以及肉鸡养殖行业的发展要求,正确合理地选择和使用添加剂越发重要。本课题就植物性饲料添加剂在白羽肉鸡饲养中的实际应用进行验证,以指导饲料生产中肉鸡日粮的合理配制。试验所使用的植物性饲料添加剂(英文名BIOSTRONG#174;510,简写为BSG)。主要成分:植物精油(薄荷精油、肉桂精油)、植物苦味物质(苦艾草)、辛辣物质(辣椒素、大蒜)等。结果表明,日粮中添加植物性饲料添加剂在一定程度上促进了肉鸡生产性能,提高了肠道健康和消化吸收能力,提高了肉鸡的抗氧化能力,并且提高了收益。本课题还就植物性饲料添加剂在商品蛋鸡饲养中的实际应用进行了验证,以指导饲料生产中蛋鸡日粮的合理配制。结果表明,在蛋鸡日粮中添加BSG对其应用前期可通过调整饲料营养成分大大降低采食量(降低13.2%),减少饲料损耗,节约饲料成本。但中长期添加BSG在一定程度上会降低鸡蛋哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳硬度、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色,影响鸡蛋品质,降低鸡蛋等级。这些实际生产的数据为植物性饲料添加剂在肉鸡、蛋鸡饲养中的合理使用提供了基础数据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, plant feed additives have been extensively studied and tested, initially because their special odors can promote the secretion of animal saliva and digestive fluids and increase feed intake. The researchers found that the chemical active substances in plant feed additives can help to keep the intestinal flora healthy and improve the disease resistance of livestock and poultry. Promote the growth of animals. With the attention of consumers to food safety and the development requirements of broiler breeding industry in recent years, It is more and more important to select and use additives correctly and reasonably. This paper verifies the practical application of plant feed additive in raising white feather broiler. In order to guide the rational preparation of broiler diets in feed production. Plant Feed Additives used in the experiment (BIOSTRONG#174H510, abbreviated as BSGG). Main ingredients: essential Oil of Plant (essential Oil of Menthol, essential Oil of Menthol, essential Oil of Menthol, essential Oil, essential Oil, essential Oil, essential Oil, etc. The results showed that the addition of plant feed additive to the diet promoted the performance of broiler to some extent. It can improve intestinal health, digestion and absorption ability, antioxidant ability and income of broiler. The practical application of plant feed additive in commercial laying hens was verified in this paper. In order to guide the reasonable preparation of laying hens diet in feed production, the results showed that adding BSG to the diet of laying hens in the early stage of application could greatly reduce the feed intake by adjusting the nutritional composition of the feed (reducing 13.2% and reducing the loss of feed). However, adding BSG in the medium and long term will reduce the eggshell thickness, eggshell hardness, egg height, egg yolk color and egg quality. These actual production data provide basic data for the rational use of plant feed additives in broiler and laying hens.
