山羊乳成分分析及变化规律

【摘要】:为研究山羊产后09周乳中营养物质含量及变化规律,将试验动物健康无病的波杂母羊(波尔山羊×徐淮山羊)分为不同胎次(25胎)、不同泌乳周(09周),随机采集116头份泌乳期在09周的山羊乳,并对100份乳中的蛋白质、灰分、干物质、脂肪、乳糖、氨基酸、矿物质含量及变化规律进行分析。结果表明:羊乳中蛋白质、灰分、干物质、脂肪、氨基酸、矿物质含量整体上随泌乳周龄的增加呈现下降趋势,且产后0周各种营养物质(除乳糖)的含量显著高于其他各周(P0.05);乳糖含量在1周后出现显著下降趋势(P0.05);所测的17种氨基酸中,谷氨酸的含量最高,其次是脯氨酸、亮氨酸;所测的6种矿物质中,钙、磷含量较为丰富,4种微量元素的含量排序为锌铁铜锰。由此可见,山羊乳中营养物质含量随泌乳期的延长呈现规律变化,这就为泌乳期山羊泌乳生理的研究提供了理论依据,并为羔羊断奶策略和补饲料的生产提供了一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to study the content and variation of nutrients in goat milk at 09 weeks postpartum, Boer goat 脳 Xuhuai goat were divided into 25 different birth stages and 09 weeks of different lactation weeks. 116 goat milk samples were collected randomly, and 100 samples of protein and ash in milk were collected. Analysis of dry matter, fat, lactose, amino acid, mineral content and change regularity. The results showed that: protein, ash, dry matter, fat, amino acid, As a whole, the mineral content decreased with the increase of lactation age. The contents of all kinds of nutrients (except lactose) were significantly higher than those of other weeks (P 0.05), the content of lactose decreased significantly after one week (P 0.05), the content of glutamic acid was the highest among the 17 amino acids measured, proline and leucine were the next. Among the 6 minerals measured, the contents of calcium and phosphorus were rich in the order of zinc, iron, copper and manganese. It can be seen that the content of nutrients in goat milk changes regularly with the prolongation of lactation period. This provides a theoretical basis for the study of lactation physiology of lactating goats, and provides certain guiding significance for the weaning strategy of lambs and the production of supplementary feed.
