仔猪液体发酵饲料工艺的研制

【摘要】:为了制备仔猪液体微生物发酵饲料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌对仔猪全价饲料进行发酵。通过单因素和正交试验,以发酵后饲料中还原糖含量作为发酵条件的优化指标。得出最佳发酵条件为:总接种量4%其中芽孢菌与乳酸菌各为2%,料水重量体积(W/V)比为13.5,发酵温度32~37℃。在条件37℃下发酵3 d,饲料含水量80%,还原糖含量达到2.17%提高10倍,乳酸含量3.4%,柠檬酸含量0.331%,丙酸含量0.130%,乳酸菌活菌数达到1010CFU/g。选取24头6.45 kg左右的健康仔猪,分2个处理组,每个组3个重复,对照组饲喂全价粉料,试验组饲喂添加50%发酵液态饲料。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重提高11.68%(P0.05),平均日采食量提高1.96%(P0.05),料肉比降低8.55%(P0.05),腹泻率下降54.88%。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare liquid microorganism fermented feed for piglets, Bacillus subtilis and lactic acid bacteria were used to ferment the whole feed of piglets.
