【摘要】:正黑色素瘤分化相关基因5(Melanoma differentiation associated gene-5,MDA5)最早在人黑色素瘤细胞中被发现~([1]),因其表达受到β-干扰素(IFN-β)转录的调控,又名IFIH1(Interferon induced with helicase C domain 1),也称HELI-CARD和RH116。IFIH1基因编码的MDA5蛋白属于模式识别受体(Pattern recognition receptors,PRRs)中维甲酸基
[Abstract]:Melanoma differentiation associated gene-5MDA5) was first found in human melanoma cells because its expression is regulated by the transcription of 尾 -interferon (IFN- 尾). Also known as IFIH1(Interferon induced with helicase C domain 1, MDA5 proteins encoded by HELI-CARD and RH116.IFIH1 genes belong to retinoic acid groups in pattern recognition receptor pattern recognition receptors.
